How long does shipping take?
Ship times vary depending on your location and type of shipping you select during checkout. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Does Three Notch’d make this apparel?
No, we make the freshest beer in Virginia but we have partnered with a vendor that allows us to offer a wider range of products and options ( sizes and colors) to our fans. All of our apparel designs are done in-house by our creative team and facilitated through a third party vendor.
Can I buy apparel at your locations?
Yes and No. Yes, we have merch stores with POS terminals and physical samples available at our locations where you can order merch directly. No, we typically do not inventory actual merch at our locations but are considering the option in the near future. By not warehousing items for purchase/pickup at our locations we can offer more variety and options at a lower price point for our fans.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If you believe your purchase is defective or if an item is lost please send an email with your name, order # and tracking number with a description of the issue and a photo of the defect when/if applicable.
How do you handle returns differently when comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.If you are a customer that would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered the return would be handled in one of two ways:
- Any other returns will be eligible for a one time credit equal to the value of the product minus taxes and shipping OR
- A gift card for the same amount to any retail location.
