When will I get my beer?

Member pickup is the second Monday of every month. If you sign up after member night, your beers will generally be available for pickup within 24 hours. You can slide through any time during business hours,  which vary depending on what location you selected for pickup during registration.  Orders that are being shipped are typically packed within two business days and shipping times vary based on the carrier options selected during checkout.  If you would like to switch your order or need to change your pickup location, log in to your account or send an email to club@threenb.com

Where can I pick it up?

You can preselect any one of our five retail locations for pickup (Charlottesville, Richmond, Roanoke, Harrisonburg, or Virginia Beach).  Directions and order status will be updated/emailed during your signup and pickup process.

Will you remind me?

Yes!  Members will get reminders on when their orders are available for pickup.  You can log into your dashboard and see your order status anytime.  Another simple way to remember is our "Monthly-Member Pickup Nights" where club members who pickup on that night will get their Pint Cards with their order!

Can I log in and view my account?

You can log into your dashboard and see your membership options at anytime. Simply go to store.threenotchdbrewing.com and click on the account button in the upper right hand corner.  The member dashboard gives you complete control over your subscription and is great for monitoring upcoming orders and member events. You can always contact us directly from your account with any questions or changes you need.

Can I choose my beer / change / swap my order?

Negative Ghost Rider - The main goal of the club is to make this as easy as possible, and most importantly as "FRESH" as possible.  That means that we have selected our beers based on extremely tight deadlines around their brew dates to ensure freshness.  We are happy to work with our members in the cases of allergies or extenuating circumstances.  Just let the staff know if there's an issue, and we'll work it out.

Can I pause or cancel my membership

Yes, we allow for our members to pause their membership at anytime for situations where they are out of town or unable to take advantage of membership.  We also allow for a free swap to our NA beer if you are having a dry month!

How can I contact customer support?

How do I get/ redeem loyalty points?

Every time you spend online or in-store you earn loyalty points (up to 5% savings) for future purchases.  If you would like to check your loyalty points balance you can check here or using your member dashboard.  You can also earn points for things like birthdays!  Ask your server about your loyalty points and how you can start earning as Fresh Beer Club member.

How do I get my monthly pint cards?

Great Question! Show up on the 2nd Monday of every month for Member Pickup Night!  Members will get 3 pint cards to use for draft pours anytime!  

*Secret Math - if you pickup on member night then you are essentially getting the same value back for your membership in pint cards every month! I'm sure we didn't do that on purpose....

How does Shipping work?

It's pretty simple.  You must be 21 or older and live in the great state of VA.  Shipping is provided by UPS with secure packaging. You will be updated on tracking status just like any other online purchase via email or text. We ship orders around the same time as member day to ensure everyone gets the same quality, fresh beer.

**There is a limit to a maximum of 2 Cases (48/12oz cans) per address as required by Virginia ABC laws.  

Someone referred me to the club. Can I shout them out?

Absolutely! If you were referred by a staff member or club member, PLEASE let us know. Drop their full name in the referral box on the checkout page. We'd love to show our appreciation to them.
